We have experience in working with Listed Buildings and new design on particularly sensitive sites such as rural locations and Conservation Areas.

We work closely with building owners and Conservation Officers to create sensitive projects which respect both the historic building and modern needs.

We aim to work with the historic fabric of the building in a sensitive yet pragmatic manner. Our philosophy regarding repair and alteration aligns with that of the SPAB. Each building is different and offers its own challenges, the solutions to which come through working closely with the client, specialist contractor and conservation officer.

Repair is often necessary in tandem with alterations. We have experience in resolving damp problems, along with coordinating other specialist professionals and craftsmen to address structural issues and repairs.
